Review by a Homeowner in Austin, TX Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold Comments: Be prepared to finance a very large portion the total company cost before your work begins and for an uncommon pressure for your final payment before you can reasonably inspect the work for completeness. This is not to say the work itself isn't adequate but as someone who has dealt with contractors of all types for many years it is typical behavior for businesses without minimal liquidity and trying to operate on a shoestring. |

Review by a Homeowner in Austin, TX Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents Comments: I had 10 air ducts and a return duct to clean. I thought they were a little pricey for what I needed $120 to come out, a total of $360. to run a snake brush trhough each of the ducts and vacum the vents. They pointed out that my plenum was very dirty and therefore would not clean it because it should be replaced. They sent the pictures tp an AC guy who estimated that it would cost betweeen $400-$1000 to replace. I have decided to delay the plenum repacement. I forgot to ask to have the dryer duct cleaned. I'm very happy with the results of the duct cleaning, but I don't believe the cost was justified. |

They kept me informed all along the way and went out of their way to help me understand what the problems were and how they were going to fix them. These guys are top drawer - never worked with a better contractor. They took care to minimize tearout and kept things clean and in order along the way. They came when the civil engineer was hear to help with the drainage solution discussions. I hope you never have water damage problems, but if you do, call This company. |
